Sharpen not just straight-bladed knives, but also curved harvest machetes, serrated blades, gut hooks, and virtually any other shape of knife blade. Flexible 1/2″ wide abrasive belt design is ideal for very quickly putting a fresh, ultra-sharp edge on Johnny’s Greens Harvesters without deforming the scalloped serrated blades. For knives and scissors, precision angle sharpening guides ensure the proper angle every time. Two guides are included: a 50° guide for harvest and outdoor knives (25° per bevel) and a 40° guide for thinner blades and kitchen knives (20° per bevel). Professional knife makers use flexible belts to put a razor sharp edge on their blades, and now you can have the same technology at home to use any time your knives get dull. Guides can be removed to expose the belt within the sharpening cassette module, which rotates to any desired angle to sharpen many other common tools including axes and hatchets, mower blades, garden shears, shovels, and most any tool with a blade.
