1 1/2–2″ blooms have creamy yellow centers with a blush of rose at petal edges. Quartet’s strong branching habit and hard stems make it an excellent choice for bouquets. Pinching is required for a well-balanced spray form. This series is “selectable” for doubles, and 55% double without selection.
- The peppery, clove-like flavor of the flowers lends itself well to use as a garnish on salads, desserts, and drinks.
