This conditioning treatment retards leaf yellowing and provides bulb flowers with the necessary nutrients to keep them fresh during storage and transport. Great for cut flowers that grow from bulbs or corms like tulips, narcissus, and ranunculus. Contains sufficient carbohydrates (sugars) to keep blooms turgid — without triggering full flower development — and acidifiers to suppress microbial growth that can cause stem blockages and “bent neck.” A great option for direct-market growers to maintain flower quality over the short-term or for many days in cold storage.
