Organic white-stemmed pac choi.
Bopak produces tall, heavy, fancy, full-size heads. Flavor is mild, succulent, and very good. Heads are more uniform and attractive than those of Joi Choi. AAS Regional (Northeast, Great Lakes, Mountain/Southwest) winner. USDA Certified Organic.

| CULTURE | Sow from early spring through midsummer. In the South, pac choi is well adapted for fall plantings. Suitable for fall sowing in mild climates or in a high tunnel or other protected structure in colder climates. Premature bolting of seedlings may occur if temperatures drop below 50°F (10°C), especially over multiple nights. Cold temperatures generally do not cause bolting of plants past the seedling stage. |
